1. What areas do you service?
We provide garbage collection services in Douglas and Carroll County. Please contact us to confirm if we service your location.

2. What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

3. How do I start service with Foreman’s Sanitation?
Starting service is easy! Call us at 770-942-4482 to sign up. Or text the word "NEW" to 877-642-5270 and click the link to fill out your information and someone will be in contact with you.

4. What day is my trash picked up?
Pickup days depend on your address. When you sign up, we’ll let you know your scheduled pickup day.

5. What items can I put in my garbage bin?
We accept typical household waste. Please avoid placing hazardous materials, electronics, large furniture, car parts, and construction debris in your bin. Call us if you’re unsure about a specific item.

6. What do I do if my trash was missed?
If your trash was missed, please call us at 770-942-4482 as soon as possible. We’ll investigate the issue and arrange for pickup if needed.

7. Do you offer recycling services?
No, we do not offer recycling at this time

​

8. What if I need a bulk pickup?
We can arrange special bulk pickups upon request. Contact us for pricing and scheduling.

9. How do I pay my bill?
You can pay by mail, over the phone, or online at trashbilling.com

​

10. What should I do if I’m moving or need to cancel service?
Give us a call in advance so we can arrange final pickup and account closure. If you’re moving locally, we may be able to continue service at your new address.

11: What if I make a payment on my pickup day?
If you make a payment on the day of your pickup, please contact the office directly. We cannot guarantee service if your account is already listed as “not scheduled for pickup.”

12. What happens if my ACH payment returns?
If an ACH or web check payment is returned online, a $10 return fee will be added to your account. Service may also be paused until the balance is paid. Please contact our office to clear the returned payment and update your information if needed.

13. What happens if my trash can is damaged by me or someone else?
Customers are ultimately responsible for the trash can while it is in their possession. If the can is damaged due to misuse, accidents, or damage caused by others, the customer will be responsible for any replacement costs. If the can is severely damaged, unusable, or requires replacement, the full cost of the can will be charged to the account.
